The HiTech HT2000A pure sine wave inverter is a heavy-duty high power 12V inverter with automatic mains power transfer built in. Whilst this product is a high-quality inverter made to run your 240V items with clean pure sine wave power the unit also connects to mains power.
The advantage of also connecting to mains power means when you are at a powered site in your caravan or camper, your 240V products will run from the mains automatically and if the mains drops out the inverter will automatically switch to battery power. Alternatively, you can use the unit in an off-grid type of application where normally you will run on mains but battery will be available as a back-up.
This unit is also soft starting so it’s perfect inverter for use with lithium batteries.
